Rates

 

• From $2650 for 6 or 7 nights outside school holidays & fishing season

• From $2850 for 6 or 7 nights during school holidays & fishing season.

• $445 per night for 5 night stays.

• A 5 night minimum stay applies. 

 

A 20% deposit is required within 7 days of enquiry to confirm your booking. The balance of payment is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date to maintain the booking. Last minute bookings can usually be accommodated.

 

Arrival

Arrival is after 2pm unless otherwise arranged with owners.

 

Departure

Departure is by 10.00am to allow the house to be prepared for the next group of visitors. A later departure can be arranged with owner if no new guests are arriving that day.

 

Cleaning / Damages

A refundable security fee of $200.00 applies. Please leave the house as clean and tidy as you found it.
